This information sheet is created for you to use as a guide to understand the procedure before, during and after your semi-permanent makeup treatment.
Semi permanent make-up is not suitable for everyone as skin heals differently for each individual. Successful results cannot be guaranteed, so please research beforehand as we do not offer refunds.
A deposit of £50 is required to secure your microblading, pigment wiper or lip blush booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit is redeemable against your appointment price. A reservation cannot be made without this payment.
For microblading, or lip blush treatments, a patch test is required a minimum of 48 hours beforehand in order for treatment to go ahead.
The patch test is available at Naked Lounge, or if you are coming from afar, we are able to home deliver. We will require your home address to send it to you and the consultation will be held online.
If you have previously had any semi-permanent make-up treatments, please make sure to send over a clear photo before booking in as some pigments may not be able to be worked over. Failure to do so, may mean that your appointment cannot go ahead and your deposit may be lost.
A minimum of seven days notice is required to reschedule a microblading, pigment wiper or lip blush appointment. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit and additional charges on the next appointment scheduled.
You must arrive on time as arriving late may result in losing your appointment and your deposit.
Videos and photos will be taken and may be used for advertising purposes with your consent.
A free top-up is included in your microblading and lip blush procedure which is to be booked 6-8 weeks after your first treatment. You have up to this time after the initial procedure to have your top-up. Failure to book within the 6-8 week period will result in standard colour boost charges being applied.
